AM Group Training Classes

Designed and taught by Kerry Overfelt, these classes are high intensity, improving your functional fitness levels.  Side effects include weight loss and improvement in how one moves, looks, and feels. A virtual format is also available.

  • Mondays: 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.
  • Tuesdays: 5:30 a.m.; 6:00 a.m.; & 10:00 a.m.
  • Wednesdays: 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.
  • Thursdays: 5:30 a.m.; 6:00 a.m.;  & 10:00 a.m.
  • Fridays: 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.
  • Sundays: Open Gym
DFT Classes

Designed and taught by Kerry Overfelt, these classes take the AM Group Training Classes to a higher, more intense level.  A virtual format is also available.

  • Tuesdays: 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 a.m. 
  • Thursdays: 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.
  • Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.
MelFit Classes

Designed and taught by Melanie Booker, these classes are intended for beginners. Similar to the AM Group Training Classes, MelFit is designed to challenge and help you meet your fitness goals, improving your overall functional fitness level. A virtual format is also available.

  • Tuesdays: 6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesdays:  6:15 p.m.
  • Saturdays:  9:00 a.m.
  • Sundays: Open Gym
Darkside Gold Classes

Designed and taught by Traci and Enrique Melgar, Silver Sneaker Flex Instructors, the Darkside Gold program is a higher intensity weight training, small-group experience, for aging adults. A virtual format is also available.

  • Mondays: Strength: 9:00 a.m. 
  • Tuesdays: Soul Walk & Talk:  8:00 a.m. 
  • Wednesdays: Strength: 9:00 a.m.
  • Thursdays: Soul Walk & Talk: 8:00 a.m.
